Facilities Coordinator
Top, multinational, investment management firm is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to assist the Facilities Manager in maintenance and preventive maintenance efforts and meeting set up/breakdown
- Assist the facilities manager in the facilities maintenance and operations
- Set-up and breakdown of meetings as well as catering deliveries to meeting rooms throughout the firm
- Fulfill employee requests, which may include moving materials, assembly of furniture, and minor repairs
- Perform rounds of the occupied spaces to identify any facilities issues
- Assist with proactive maintenance of building, including identifying issues that need to be addressed (lighting, paint, etc.)
- Support moves and restacking logistics
Qualifications:
- At least two-years of experience in related skills
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be sensitive, adaptable, professional, and articulate when dealing with others.
- Knowledge of office services (reception, mail/distribution, supplies, copy rooms, conference rooms)
