Facilities Coordinator

Top, multinational, investment management firm is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to assist the Facilities Manager in maintenance and preventive maintenance efforts and meeting set up/breakdown

 

  • Assist the facilities manager in the facilities maintenance and operations
  • Set-up and breakdown of meetings as well as catering deliveries to meeting rooms throughout the firm
  • Fulfill employee requests, which may include moving materials, assembly of furniture, and minor repairs
  • Perform rounds of the occupied spaces to identify any facilities issues
  • Assist with proactive maintenance of building, including identifying issues that need to be addressed (lighting, paint, etc.)
  • Support moves and restacking logistics

 

Qualifications:

  • At least two-years of experience in related skills
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be sensitive, adaptable, professional, and articulate when dealing with others.
  • Knowledge of office services (reception, mail/distribution, supplies, copy rooms, conference rooms)
