Human Resources Coordinator
Top, multinational, investment management firm is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Coordinator to play a key part in onboarding and Employee Relations. The individual should be detail-oriented, organized and have an aptitude for analyzing data.
Some areas of focus for this Coordinator role will include (but is not limited to):
- Assist in coordinating the employee on-boarding and exit process at each location
- Assist with employee relations
- Perform administrative duties such as travel arrangements, order supplies and business cards, and answer phones
- Assist with planning and execution of company events, lunches, dinners, and activities
- Maintain accurate Employee files for the company both physical and electronic files
- Work within our HRIS System to provide updates to personnel
- Tracking of internal personnel movement such as promotions, retirements, applications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
