Litigation Paralegal

Responsibilities
- Coordinate paper and electronic document collection
- Manage document production and coordinate with vendors as needed
- Maintain and organize electronic case files for all assigned matters
- Summarize depositions
- Maintain attorney calendars
- Perform accurate legal, factual and internet research
- Conduct document review
- Perform records research
- Prepare written status reports
- Organize and analyze information, cross-check and validate information
- Prepare correspondence
- Proofread documents for accuracy
- Finalize litigation documents and electronically file them with the Court
- Organize and track case files
- Coordinate activities such as subpoena delivery and service of process
- Assist with trial preparation, create and manage exhibits for trial
- Coordinate logistics for and attend client meetings, depositions, court or administrative hearings and trials with attorneys
- Interact with clients
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or certificate in paralegal studies program. Previous trial experience preferred
- 2-5 years employment as a litigation paralegal

- Ability to adjust to multiple demands and work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
