Recruiting Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Lead the coordinating efforts for searches start to finish
- Liaising with external recruiters and candidates on logistics, including interview scheduling
- Maintain candidate data in the Firm’s applicant tracking system including resumes, interview notes and candidates status
- Manage phone coverage for team and set-up conference calls when needed
- Travel planning for team members as well as candidates
Qualifications
- Ability to exercise sound judgment in assessing and determining how to handle queries, calls and issues
- Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Experience with applicant tracking systems a plus
- Up to 4 years administrative or recruiting experience
- College degree required

Salary: Highly competitive above market hourly rate
