Recruiting Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Lead the coordinating efforts for searches start to finish
  • Liaising with external recruiters and candidates on logistics, including interview scheduling
  • Maintain candidate data in the Firm’s applicant tracking system including resumes, interview notes and candidates status
  • Manage phone coverage for team and set-up conference calls when needed
  • Travel planning for team members as well as candidates

Qualifications

  • Ability to exercise sound judgment in assessing and determining how to handle queries, calls and issues
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems a plus
  • Up to 4 years administrative or recruiting experience
  • College degree required

 

 

Job Type: Temporary

Salary: Highly competitive above market hourly rate
