HRIS Specialist

Responsibilities

(HRIS) ADP Enterprise V5 Administration and Firm Directory

  • Review and audit all transactions in Enterprise and confirm accuracy and integrity of all data entered. Supply weekly/monthly summaries to the department . Be the main system administrator maintaining security and password resets. Train HR & Benefits staff on system functionality as needed. Become the functional expert in Enterprise. Assist in periodic upgrades of the system.
  • Maintain online firm directory and be sure data flow from Enterprise is working properly. Be the main contact for all questions and inquires.

ADP (eTime) Time Management Administration

  • Review/audit weekly entries in the time management system working in conjunction with payroll. Maintain time off data including vacation and sick time. Assist administrators and managers with questions regarding the system and train as needed. Troubleshoot problems directly with ADP. Develop and run reports as requested by management. Become the functional expert regarding the application and its operation. Assist in periodic upgrades of the system.

Oracle Performance Management Administration

  • Maintain all data inside the application and update accordingly. Supply reports to HR Management and staff as needed. Assist in Performance Management yearly planning and maintaining reports. Troubleshoot problems directly with the vendor as needed. Provide support to managers and employees on application operation. Become the functional expert regarding the application and its operation. Work directly with Oracle on issues/problems through resolution. Assist in periodic upgrades of the system.

HR Reporting ADP/Oracle

  • Write and maintain reports in ADP and Oracle reporting tools. Provide HR, Benefits and Payroll ad hoc reports and data as needed.

ADP Portal (Self-Service)

  • Be the system administrator maintaining security, password resets, document uploads, and ongoing website updates. Assist users and answer questions relating to the operation of the portal. Assist in periodic upgrades of the system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree required.
  • Minimum 3-5 years years of experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Strong customer service mindset, excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Must be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Experience with HRIS/TLM/HCM systems. ADP and Oracle preferred.
  • Must have strong Microsoft Excel, Access, Power Point and Visio skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of relational databases and reporting.
  • Experience implementing new software within an organization.
  • Experience training end users on systems and processes end to end.
