Technical Sourcer

The Technical Sourcer will focus in the areas of candidate talent search and engagement, as well as talent acquisition process improvement and strategy development.
Responsibilities
- Articulate in writing a sourcing plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process
- Team with Coordinators and Recruiters to manage an efficient model of operation
- Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns and gauge both technical skills and chemistry of candidates for fit
- Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques through proactive market research and on-going relationship management; conduct in-depth interviews with candidates, and demonstrate the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios
Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience of corporate and/or agency recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting
- Solid tech and industry knowledge with ability to understand relevant tech skills, target companies, conferences and communities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of Boolean, x-ray searches and additional sourcing software
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships simultaneously; reporting against recruiting metrics/ results to internal clients; building and driving a variety of talent sourcing initiatives
