Communications Coordinator-Workplace Change
Premier, global, law firm is seeking a Communications Coordinator (Workplace Change) to join the firmwide marketing team. The Communications Coordinator will focus on effective communications to Firm’s worldwide workforce as it grows and evolves. The Communications Coordinator will collaborate with stakeholders and team members to communicate the overall change management strategy. They will also support the firmwide communications and HR teams in the deployment of feedback tools. Duties include assisting with tracking and reporting on successes and areas for improvement, building awareness around change and maximizing employee adoption. The Communications Coordinator will also be responsible for coordinating activities and drafting communications related to the planning, development and delivery of change.
Candidates must have 3+ years of professional work experience in a communications, marketing or change management related capacity, as well as experience in hands-on delivery of multiple projects with audiences of varying organizational strata. An undergraduate degree in business, marketing, communications or related field is preferred, as is experience in crafting communications related to corporate organizational transformations. Successful candidates will be a self-motivated team player with a positive, communicative and collaborative approach. They will have the ability to gain trust, confidence and buy-in with stakeholders, understanding and addressing priorities to enable business objectives, as well as the ability and desire to drive solutions, problem solve and lead in a fast-paced project environment.
