Summary
Guided by Firm goals and objectives, strategically directs all aspects of the Firm’s tax compliance and partnership accounting functions of the firm, upholding a highly effective compliance environment and supporting the firm’s partners in their income and capital accounting needs with the highest degree of accuracy and transparency. Strategically refining processes to drive efficiency and future scalability, and driving/providing high quality service/deliverables to partners and other internal and external clients.

- Strong tax, accounting and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required
- Strong Partnership experience
- Law firm experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective internal and external client relationships.
- Strong team management and leadership skills, with a proven ability to develop and lead in a client service environment. Ability to lead through objectives and to motivate top performance.
- Strong organization development skills; ability to develop organization structures and to build teams. Initiative to ensure consistent quality and continuous improvement.
- Skill in developing teamwork, coaching for top performance; ability to provide proactive management to staff and supervisors.
- Ability to manage multiple requests, assess priorities, and achieve solutions under deadlines.
- Ability to independently assess client needs and to develop responsive solutions.
