Office Services Clerk-Temp

New York, NY

Monday-Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Specific areas of responsibility will include, among other things:

  • Sort and deliver incoming mail and faxes
  • Log/deliver any incoming hand deliveries and overnight packages (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
  • Post mail and deliver to post office or Newark Mailroom
  • Stock supplies in mail room and kitchen
  • Set up for meetings in conference rooms
  • Schedule messenger service
  • Velo-bind and photocopy for attorneys
  • Clean conference rooms, mailroom, kitchen and common areas in the office
  • Pick up and deliveries to clients when requested by  Members
  • Various errands for Members
  • Photocopying
  • Occasional trip to Newark office for drop off time-sensitive packages when needed
  • Ability to lift 25-40 pounds
  • Ability to work at a fast paced environment and meet client driven deadlines
  • Communicate efficiently with co-workers
  • Be committed, dependable, punctual and organized
  • Available for Overtime

Salary: Competitive above market hourly rate
