Office Services Clerk-Temp
New York, NY
Monday-Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Specific areas of responsibility will include, among other things:
- Sort and deliver incoming mail and faxes
- Log/deliver any incoming hand deliveries and overnight packages (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
- Post mail and deliver to post office or Newark Mailroom
- Stock supplies in mail room and kitchen
- Set up for meetings in conference rooms
- Schedule messenger service
- Velo-bind and photocopy for attorneys
- Clean conference rooms, mailroom, kitchen and common areas in the office
- Pick up and deliveries to clients when requested by Members
- Various errands for Members
- Photocopying
- Occasional trip to Newark office for drop off time-sensitive packages when needed
- Ability to lift 25-40 pounds
- Ability to work at a fast paced environment and meet client driven deadlines
- Communicate efficiently with co-workers
- Be committed, dependable, punctual and organized
- Available for Overtime
