Recruiting Coordinator

Summary

The Investment Talent Development team is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to assist the team with administrative and recruitment responsibilities.

We are looking for a recruiting coordinator that would provide administrative support to the team and assist primarily with the coordination of screening activities for all candidates. Duties include general administrative responsibilities, overall support for the teams, and direct involvement in the execution of the recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Liaising with external recruiters and candidates on logistics, including interview scheduling
  • Greeting candidates on-site and guiding them through pre-screening activities
  • Maintain candidate data in the Firm’s applicant tracking system including resumes, interview notes and candidates status
  • Manage phone coverage for team and set-up conference calls when needed
  • Travel planning for team members as well as candidates
  • Capture and submit expenses in the Firm’s expense reporting system

Qualifications

  • Exposure to finance or recruiting a plus
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment in assessing and determining how to handle queries, calls and issues
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Assertive and self-motivated
  • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with all levels of staff
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems a plus
  • Up to 4 years administrative or recruiting experience
  • College degree required
