IP Paralegal-Temporary

M-F, 9am-6pm

2-3 Month Assignment

Assist the Senior Counsel with many aspects of intellectual property matters, including those involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property litigation.  The role will also assist with contracts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with a paralegal certificate
• Trademark prosecution and litigation experience (foreign and domestic)
• Knowledge of both the patent and trademark processes associated with these areas of the law
• Comfortable with reviewing and drafting contracts
• Proficiency in Microsoft office and G-suite
• 4+ years of experience
• Must be able to multi-task and have an acute attention to detail
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have a friendly disposition

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file applications and docket trademark dates and deadlines
• Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy files, court documents, and creating binders and bound volumes as requested
• Draft and review contracts
