Overview
The Temporary Legal Personnel Recruiting Assistant assists in the administration and coordination of the Firm’s recruiting programs and provides daily support to all members of the recruiting team.
Responsibilities
- Escorting applicants to and from in-office interviews;
- Printing and organizing resumes;
- Assisting with administrative duties for various recruiting and summer events;
- Filing all recruiting correspondence and assisting with data entry; and
- Performing other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree;
- The ability to commit to overtime during peak recruiting season including one Saturday in August;
- The ability to commit to working through the first week of September 2018 (Monday through Friday – 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, knowledge of Lotus Notes preferred;
- An articulate and professional demeanor;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- An extremely detail-oriented work manner;
- The ability to organize and prioritize multiple assignments;
- The ability to work well under pressure and complete assignments in an accurate and timely manner;
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise a high standard of judgment and discretion.
Job Type: Temporary
Salary: Hourly, dependent on experience
