Summary
Responsible for drafting and maintaining content that is published on the Firm’s website, other digital properties and collateral material.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate content rollout across firm website, the Portal and other digital properties, being mindful of technical functionality, site organization and required approval and collaborative processes.
- Write announcements for the firm’s website, the Portal and other marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate, develop and quality-check content for select print publications and their website rollouts.
- Develop and follow content governance schemes for the firm’s website, the Portal and other digital properties.
- Coordinate select marketing campaigns across the Digital Programs & Content Strategy team.
- Liaise with content stakeholders globally on the upkeep and maintenance of their pages.
- Ensure excellence and consistency of style and content across the Firm’s entire web experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- 2-4 years of experience in law firm or professional services organization
- Strong writing background
- Understanding of SEO and web analytics preferred
- Basic understanding of web technology and ability to coordinate with web tech team members to ensure seamless, fast and efficient posting of news and other items to the website
- Ability to make editorial judgment calls and suggestions to senior team members on overall selection of items featured on website
- Editorial eye and exceptionally strong attention to detail
- Understanding of legal and business terms
Education/Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
