Responsibilities
- Assists the Events team with the planning and execution of all events including site selection, contract negotiation, menu selection, RSVPs, list management, transportation and follow-up.
- Provides ongoing support including organizing data, files, and materials, compiling information, preparing routine and ad-hoc reports, and responding to requests for assistance.
- Supports heavily with event management software (Cvent) projects and updates.
- Researches site venues and vendors, maintains venue/vendor files and contact details.
- Generates name tags, place cards, and other event materials.
- Works with approved external brokers for cultural or sporting ticket requests and provides other client entertainment support as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
