Senior Merger & Acquisitions Paralegal

The San Francisco office of a global law firm is seeking a Senior Mergers & Acquisitions Paralegal with 5+ years of law firm experience. Responsibilities include working with attorneys on a vast array of projects associated with our representation of both private and public companies including preparation of capitalization and conversion tables, drafting subsidiary documents, preparation of forms to be filed with federal and state agencies to comply with corporate and securities laws, managing data rooms, due diligence, closing and post-closing matters, in addition to other tasks that may be assigned by attorneys.  Applicants must have excellent oral and written communication skills, be detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and track extensive details, and have the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with personnel and to handle confidential information sensitively and discreetly. Some overtime may be required, as needed.
