Summary

Large, regional, law firm is seeking an IP Paralegal with at least 7+ years of trademark and copyright experience in a medium to large law firm; experience handling domestic and international portfolios and handling foreign and domestic prosecution, maintenance, litigation, opposition and due diligence review.

Requirements

Must have extensive experience in conducting domestic and international preliminary searches through the USPTO website, outside vendors and the Internet; trademark docketing experience is a must; experience with CPI mandatory; experience reviewing and analyzing full searches for attorneys; experience communicating with clients concerning reminders and reporting letters; ability to work with attorneys on a daily basis.  Four year degree preferred, but not mandatory.
