Summary

The Digital Marketing Coordinator focuses on email distributions, webcast campaigns, and client data management, providing critical administrative support to the Marketing team. Working closely with the Digital Marketing Group, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will improve the effectiveness of key firm initiatives, including client development, client retention, and CRM utilization.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and distribute client memos, newsletters and webcast emails using the firm’s email marketing software, Vuture
  • Create actionable email analytics reports that include open rates, click rates, most engaged companies, firm averages, etc.
  • Draft and maintain for webcast campaigns, including date/time, description, speaker bios, and related files (PowerPoint, CLE form, etc.)
  • On a monthly basis, create reports of client development activities in InterAction
  • Provide frontline support for the creation and population of key contact lists InterAction (for clients, prospects, industries, etc.)
  • Lead and direct marketing list cleanup projects to remove unengaged contacts and add key contacts
  • Research and update information for contacts in the firm’s marketing database, to improve completeness and accuracy of data
  • Provide support for content maintenance on firm website and other website properties (Careers site, blogs, resource centers, etc.)
  • Special projects, as assigned by the Digital Marketing Group Manager

Requirements

  • Superb attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong background with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of email marketing best practices
  • Previous experience with Vuture, InterAction, and/or Drupal a plus 

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (Marketing or Communications degree preferred)
  • 2-3 years of experience in a professional services environment
