They are seeking a candidate who has demonstrated drive, dedication, professionalism and a positive attitude. The Marketing Coordinator Temp is an integral part of the Firm’s Marketing team and will hold several key responsibilities.

Essential Job Requirements
• Assist the marketing and business development team with a wide range of marketing communications activities.
• Help conceptualize, draft, and schedule content for the firm’s social media channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
• Monitor all Social Media conversations and respond and/or report as necessary.
• Regularly gather and report on social media analytics using Tracx and other relevant sources.
• Gather website analytics through Google and other sources.
• Work closely with team members on the wording and posting of new material to the LS website.
• Layout and post client alerts and other client communications as needed.

The Ideal Candidate

• Undergraduate college degree or equivalent work experience required (2-4 years of full-time work experience). Communications, Journalism, or Marketing major preferred.
• Prior experience in a professional services environment, e.g. marketing group, law firm or human resources function is a plus.
• Must be highly motivated, responsive, organized and detail-oriented, and possess strong proofreading and communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines, efficiently manage and prioritize multiple projects at once, and work independently.
• The ideal candidate will be client-service oriented and a team player.
• Fluent in the suite of Microsoft Office applications (particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint). The successful candidate will be technologically savvy and have the ability to quickly become proficient in other software and programs, including InDesign, Photoshop, and the firm’s CRM system.
• Willingness to occasionally travel to the firm’s NY office.
