Corporate/Real Estate Paralegal

Premier, global, law firm is seeking a mid-senior level corporate or real state paralegal for a month long assignment starting mid-September and lasting until mid-October. Candidate must have entity formation experience and at least 2+ years of mid-large law firm experience. Strong communications skills and having great attention to detail are a must.
