Business Development Systems Coordinator

Overview
The Business Development Systems Coordinator will maintain the integrity of the data in the Firm’s customer relationship management (CRM) database, InterAction, and will provide troubleshooting support.
Responsibilities
Managing the administration of InterAction which includes data being brought into the system and ongoing duplicate management; working closely with the Firm’s Legal Secretaries to collect Firm-wide contact information and resolve discrepancies within InterAction; supporting ongoing maintenance, researching contact information for maintenance purposes, generating reports for Partners and the department; special projects and applications for InterAction; and performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required; technical systems knowledge; excellent time management and research skills; excellent written and verbal communications skills; knowledge of InterAction database preferred; familiarity with basic marketing principles; detail-oriented; ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities; ability to manage all phases of a project; and the availability to work overtime as needed.
