Recruiting Systems Specialist

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Associate Director of Global Legal Recruiting, the Recruiting Systems Specialist will manage all system-related projects, including working to optimize current systems for reporting and statistical analysis, onboarding new recruiting system, and sourcing and developing other technology platforms. This role will work extensively with the Information Technology department.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Work with current applicant system (LawCruit) to best optimize the system for recruiting reporting and statistical analysis
- Manage onboarding and customization of anticipated new recruiting system (Workday)
- Source and implement online scheduling systems for candidates and attorneys
- Source and implement applicant tracking system
- Automate reporting for both summer and lateral recruiting
- Liaise with IT on recruiting technology projects and oversee those processes
- Develop portal to house summer associate information
- Provide back-up assistance on other Legal Recruiting projects as needed
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of two years’ experience required; professional services experience preferred
- Advanced-level computer skills, particularly with Excel (ViLookup/Pivot tables) and PowerPoint; Experience with LawCruit or Workday HCM a plus, but not required
