Financial Analyst

Boutique, law firm is looking for a Financial Analyst to join their New York office.  The Financial Analyst will work directly with the Practice Analyst and Senior Accountant to compile and analyze data and assist with providing financial modeling and forecasting.

Position Overview

• Assist with the preparation of financial modeling, forecasting and analysis.
• Produce, maintain and prepare reports for distribution.
• Compile and analyze data, interpret results and summarize findings.
• Support all aspects of reporting functions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
• Assist with operating budget.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three plus years of relevant analytical experience.
• Law firm experience preferred.
• Superior Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, detail oriented critical thinker.
• Ability to work independently while setting priorities and managing deadlines.
