Paralegal Manager

Premiere law firm seeks a Paralegal Manager with at least 10 years of combined paralegal and paralegal supervisory experience preferably within the corporate practice area.

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree, excellent oral and written communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to lead a paralegal team and liaise with various supervising attorneys, including senior partners, in a deadline-driven environment.

The successful candidate should expect to manage, develop, train, and oversee the utilization of the paralegal team as they work with various practice groups at the Firm.

Prior paralegal experience in corporate finance is required.  The successful candidate should expect to spend a portion of his/her time doing corporate finance paralegal work, as needed.
