Litigation Paralegal (Trademark Infringement)

Growing, forward thinking retail company is seeking a litigation paralegal (IP/Trademark/Counterfeit Litigation) for the next two months.  GC is anticipating filing a series of law suits and needs someone to organize large amounts of evidence and data.  Someone that has harvested large amounts of information, can research press that company has been involved, archiving data, record keeping, etc.  Company is a forward thinking and fun place to work so will need to be someone that fits that mold.  They work in an open floor plan and are very collaborative in their approach so will need to be someone that can work in this type of environment and roll with the punches so to speak, because they are not your typical type company. Sounds like things can be a bit disjointed at times, but that is not a bad thing.  Just need to find someone that might not know what desk they are working in from one day to the next.  Need to be technically savvy including Internet research, Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint), etc.
