Corporate & Fund Formation Paralegal

The Corporate & Fund Formation Paralegal provides organizational and substantive support to attorneys in the Corporate practice group. The role focuses on all aspects of fund formation and organization, including coordinating and drafting fund formation documents and performing due diligence. The Fund Formation Paralegal also assists in related work with other practice areas and performs related research and analysis.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor’s degree and one year of law related experience or certificate from an ABA approved paralegal program required, and strong academic record desired.
Minimum three (3) years of experience as a corporate paralegal
Fund formation experience strongly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Open, dependent on experience
