Senior IP Litigation Paralegal

Fortune 100 best places to work ranked, global, law firm is seeking a career IP Litigation paralegal, in their DC office, who is a responsible and proactive professional willing to take a leading role in supporting the Firm’s dynamic ITC Section 337 Litigation practice group. The preferred candidate will possess a minimum of 5+ years of IP Litigation experience having helped managed and supervised with all facets of litigating Section 337 matters before the U.S. International Trade Commission. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, daily case management, preparing filings, management of discovery, pretrial and trial logistics. Candidates should possess knowledge of the ITCs local rules and procedures. Applicants are required to have a BA/BS degree and possess excellent oral and written communication skills, be detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and track extensive details, and have the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with personnel and to handle confidential information sensitively and discreetly.
