Corporate Paralegal

The New York office of a premier, global law firm, seeks a full-time, mid-level Corporate Paralegal experienced in general corporate, M&A, and Public and Infrastructure Finance.  The successful candidate will be working to provide general support within the corporate Practice Groups. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and has experience organizing and maintaining companies, managing corporate records, securities filings, transactional support, and mergers and acquisitions.  Qualifications include at least 3 years of corporate and transactional experience, exemplary communication, research and organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a demanding environment.  Experience working in a large corporate setting or law firm preferred.  This position requires a four-year degree and/or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
