Temporary Billing Specialists

Monday-Friday, 12:00PM-8:00PM, with flexibility to work overtime

Premier, global, law firm is seeking two temporary billing specialists to start immediately and work through the New Year if not longer. These professionals will be seated in NY and will help support the firm’s Los Angeles office. Seeking professionals with at least 3+ years of solid large law firm experience who understands both monthly and transactional legal billing. Need billers that will hit the ground running, are a quick study and understand when and when not to reach out for assistance.

Familiarity with the following software:

Elite Enterprise (required)
Design Gallery or other billing template software (required)
Excel (required)
E-billing vendor software (preferred)
EHub software (preferred)

Job Type: Temporary

Salary: Hourly, dependent on experience
