HR Coordinator-4-5 Month Assignment
Top, downtown, law firm is in need of a temp HR Coordinator to begin on or around 11/30. The assignment will last until approximately mid-April 2016. The responsibilities will be to assist our current Recruiter with the following tasks:
- Post job openings & update recruiting charts.
- Prepare and mail regret letters.
- Prepare new hire and temporary orientation packets.
- Prepare employee personnel files.
- Update the firm’s intranet with new arrival information.
- Create Seamless Web accounts for new employees.
- Send out birthday emails via Outlook.
- Process and track invoices.
- Update department binders used to track memorandums.
- Assist with discarding documents as part of our annual record retention review.
Ideally the person has a college degree (HR a plus) and has had previous experience working as an HR assistant/coordinator or recruiting assistant. Law firm experience is not necessary. The hours are Monday-Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with one hour unpaid for lunch.
