Administrative & Staff Recruiting Assistant

Reports to: Office Administrator and Sr. Administrative & Employment Manager

The New York office of a premier, global, law firm has an immediate opening for an Administrative & Staff Recruiting Assistant. This position provides support to the Office Administrator and Sr. Administrative & Employment Manager. Responsible for various administrative duties. In order to be successful in this role, candidates must have the ability to maintain absolute confidentiality regarding discussions, records, files, documents and information. The Assistant must also be able to independently prioritize and manage multiple tasks while satisfactorily meeting deadlines and desired outcomes. Professional presentation and demeanor is required at all times. Candidates must have at least three years’ HR experience in the Legal or Professional Services industry and a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. The ideal candidate will have strong MS office skills, excellent phone skills, extraordinary attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication and proofreading skills.
