Trademark Legal Secretary
The New York office of a Fortune 100 best places to work, global, law firm has an immediate opening for an experienced Trademark legal secretary. A successful candidate will demonstrate initiative and competence while having the opportunity to support attorneys, paralegals and others providing service to clients. The schedule for this role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with overtime as needed.
Candidates must have a minimum of ten (10) years legal secretarial and administrative experience. Candidates must also have strong MS office skills and be skilled at document editing, proofreading and quickly turning documents. This position requires motivation, discretion, flexibility, organization, full engagement and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail is a must, as are excellent communication skills. Prior trademark experience required. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
