Human Resources Assistant-Temporary
Three month assignment
Large, global, law firm is seeking a temp HR Assistant to provide support to the Recruiting, Professional Development and HR teams for about 3 months. They are looking for an intelligent recent college graduate from a top college that has strong writing, communication and interpersonal skills. I am including a position description below. Job description is below, but please note this position will be involved in administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Recruiting Department with all aspects of fall, lateral associate, and staff recruitment including (but not limited to) properly updating and maintaining the department’s database and candidate files, arranging conference rooms, calendaring meetings, processing travel expenses related to candidate travel, corresponding with candidates as needed.
- Providing assistance to the Professional Development Department in relation to the year-end associate review process, including drafting review notes, organizing review documents and materials, calendaring meetings and preparing for Personnel Committee meetings.
- Ad-Hoc HR projects as needed, including long term filing.
Job Type: Temporary
Salary: Hourly dependent on experience
