Receptionist
Monday-Friday 930am-530pm
Job Description
Highly organized and motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills to work at reception from 930am-530pm Monday through Friday. In this position you will be responsible for answering incoming calls and serving as a gatekeeper for front desk messages; greeting visitors; scheduling conference rooms; handling catering orders including meeting set up and clean up; and assisting departments and staff with various projects. The person in the position should be flexible for overtime.
Position Requirements
- 2-3 years professional services experience
- Ability to collaborate in an effective and mature manner with co-workers and clients.
- Ability to be a proactive self-starter with close attention to detail and an ability to understand the importance of detailed work within a larger context.
- Must be flexible in order to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands and opportunities.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask with detailed responsibilities for various aspects of the firm’s work.
- Ability to work across several different departments in a fast-growing office environment.
- Must possess the ability to work independently, as well as be a team player in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
