Mid-level Real Estate/Land Use Attorney (3-6 years)

Reports to Founder of the Firm

Boutique, Long Island, law firm is seeking a Mid-level Land Use Real Estate Attorney (3-6 years) to join their busy practice. Attorney must have large sophisticated real estate deal experience with a preference for some zoning and land-use knowledge. The firm will train on the zoning and land-use exposure, but large deals are a must. Not looking for someone to build/bring in business but would be a plus if they could. Firm is very busy so the ability to work long hours is a must. Immediate hire.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $130K plus bonus
