Administrative Assistant
Top ten international law firm seeks Executive Assistant level individual to support the Chief Business Development and Marketing Officer in its midtown Manhattan offices. Must have demonstrated superior organizational, interpersonal, communication, and computer skills to: screen/greet callers and visitors; coordinate meeting/event logistics in multiple time zones; make complex travel arrangements; prepare analytical reports and presentations; process expenses; draft communications; initiate/recommend action steps to complete projects and address administrative issues; perform other responsibilities, as required.
The Assistant will also provide support to Firm-wide Director of Records Management. As such, this administrative professional must be flexible in manner and agile in approach. We are seeking a polished professional. Please be available for overtime, as needed.
Qualified candidates should have: a minimum of 6 years comparable experience; strong computer skills (especially Microsoft Office Suite and document management); math and analytical ability for budget preparation; and the confidence to interact effectively with Firm leadership, partners, clients, vendors, and others. An undergraduate degree is strongly preferred.
