Benefits Administrator – Temporary (2-6 Months)

Covering for a Leave of Absence

Position Description

  • Administers the following Group Plans:
  • Medical Plan- Oxford – Enrollments/Terminations/Claims Administration & Billing
  • Dental Plan – Delta Dental – Enrollment/Terminations/Claims Administration & Billing
  • Group Vision Plan with Ameritas – Enrollments/Terminations/Claims Administration & Billing
  • Adds/Deletions/Changes to plans; monitors deductions for plans, handles admin billing; COBRA administration with Third Party Administrator, Ameriflex
  • Processes Leaves of Absences, Short Term and Long Term Disability claims
  • Works with Firm’s Broker and has direct daily contact with Insurance Carriers
  • Solid computer skills a MUST; solid knowledge of different medical plans including HSA’s; familiarity with ADP Workforce Now preferred
  • Candidate must have the utmost confidentiality and understand the sensitivity to privacy requirements surrounding HIPAA

 

 

Job Type: Temporary

Salary: Hourly, dependent on experience
