Business Coordinator
Premier, global, law firm is seeking a Business Coordinator to work in our Executive Office, reporting directly to our Executive Director. The Coordinator will also work very closely on projects with the Chief of Staff and our Firm Chairman.
This is a very high profile role. The chosen candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills. Applicants must have advanced MS Office skills especially PP and Excel. The Business Coordinator handles all presentation details for the Governance Committee meetings and monthly Partner meetings, all of which are attended by the Exec Dir, Chief of Staff, and Chairman. Lots of partner interaction is involved. They need someone who is proactive and understands the law firm environment.
Hours are M-F, 9:30am-5:30pm, not much work/life balance because you arrive early on days of meetings and leave late when something is needed. You are on email in the evenings and at times you work from home on weekends. Applicants must be available at all times. I need someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys feeling relied upon by the executive team.
Salary is open. Only a few years of experience is needed. I think personality is key here.
Ideally a 2-3 year paralegal, seeking to switch careers, ok with the extended hours and excellent PP experience. Someone who is proactive. Saving info in SharePoint experience is a plus.
