Litigation Support Analyst

Premier, global, law firm is seeking a regular full time Litigation Support Analyst for the Litigation and E-Discovery Services department based out of New York. The Litigation Support Analyst will implement and provide on-going support and administration of litigation support applications and systems as part of the Litigation and E-Discovery Services Department. This position will also be responsible for assisting with litigation support and electronic discovery service needs for the New York office, while providing back-up support to litigation analysts located in other offices when necessary. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Planning, developing, testing, implementing and maintaining litigation databases to meet attorney and paralegal needs using various litigation applications such as Relativity, Concordance, LiveNote, Trial Director and other litigation support applications, utilities, and hosted review tools; coordinating with legal teams and litigation legal teams and litigation teams through discovery and trial processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of legal issues and the ability to work with attorneys on legal matters, best practices and procedures. Technological knowledge and experience with latest technology tools and standards is also required. Minimum 3 years’ experience with complex litigation matters and electronic discovery projects and familiarity with electronic case management solutions. Electronic discovery certification and/or litigation paralegal background a plus. Position requires travel as needed.
