Legal Recruiting Coordinator

Summary
A premier, global law firm seeks a Legal Recruiting Coordinator to assist with the full life cycle of legal recruitment and provide support to legal recruiting personnel on various administrative matters as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the team with all aspects of law student recruitment including creating candidate e-books and electronic OCI binders; meeting and greeting candidates; entering and tracking data in recruiting databases such as Flo Recruit, 12Twenty, Symplicity, PeopleSoft, SharePoint, Event Management System, and Applicant Admin; scheduling callback interviews and second visits; creating offer letters; and assisting with offer candidate outreach and events.
- Support partner team heads in executing strategy for their school teams by organizing law school events, arranging firm sponsorship of student groups, and driving candidate follow-up and outreach efforts. Some travel to law school campuses may be required.
- Help coordinate all aspects of the firm’s summer associate program including assisting with onboarding and orientation, coordinating and staffing events, assisting with the summer associate evaluation process, scheduling meetings and programs, creating name tags and invitations, coordinating event RSVPs, and other administrative duties as needed.
- Provide general administrative support—including data entry in PeopleSoft and maintaining new hire files—and other duties as needed.
- Provide support for lateral, LLM, 3L, clerk recruitment, and the Visiting Lawyers Program as needed.
- Handle special projects as needed (e.g., candidate gifts, careers website, onboarding extranet, external surveys, profiles on lawyers, etc.).
- Special projects or other duties may be assigned within other areas of legal talent, specifically in Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Associate Development.
- Responsibilities related to maintaining firm and client information are to be adhered to, including complying with the firm’s information security policies, protecting firm assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference, and reporting security events or potential events or other security risks to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; experience working at a law firm or similarly fast-paced professional services environment preferred.
- Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, energetic, and motivated.
- Must possess superior written and verbal communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel, including senior lawyers.
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks with competing tight deadlines.
- Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:30am–5:30pm (occasional weekend and evening work may be required).
Compensation: $70,000.00-$85,000.00, plus overtime and bonus
