Patent Prosecution Group

Who You Are

• The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in:
• Preparing and prosecuting patent applications
• Contributing to prosecution strategy
• Providing technical and legal research and analysis with respect to matters pending before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
• Providing technical support for PTAB and litigation proceedings

Requirements

• Computer science, electrical engineering, physics, or chemical/biomedical engineering background
• Outstanding writing and analytical skills, and top academic credentials are essential
• USPTO registration is not required

Where required by law, salary ranges are stated below. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus, health/welfare benefits (including parental, adoption, and fertility benefits), flexible time off, and paid holidays. The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities/states and may vary based on factors including but not limited to the following: market data and ranges; an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience; and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications. 

Compensation: $105,000.00- $135,000.00, plus bonus.
