Premier, global, law firm seeks a partner level Trust & Estate Litigation attorney with an in-depth understanding of trust and estate law and litigation procedure and tactics. The ideal candidate will have experience litigating trusts and probated disputes. Their lawyers represent both beneficiaries and fiduciaries, including high-net-worth individuals and their families, corporate trustees such as banks and trust companies, executors, trustees, administrators and other fiduciaries, as well as non-profit organizations. Partner candidates should have at least $500,000.00 in portable business with a minimum billing rate in the mid-$700/hour or higher.

$300,000.00-$450,000.00 plus 40% of origination, so depends on qualifications for the base & size of book.
