Finance Associate (Mid-Level)

The Financial Industry Group of a premier, global, law firm is currently seeking a Mid-Level Associate to join the firm’s rapidly growing structured finance practice in New York. Successful candidates will have three to five years of significant experience representing investment banks and/or asset managers in structuring and documenting collateralized loan obligation transactions. Experience with collateralized loan obligation transactions is a must. This associate would primarily support a finance top partner and his team in New York and will also work with the finance team in London. This team is perfect for an associate who is looking for mentorship and exposure to top clients.

Compensation: $250,000.00-$395,000.00, plus bonus.
