Who You Are

You are a high performer with at least 15 years of experience looking for a non-partnership track position with the following:

• Products Liability or Commercial Litigation (required)
• Manages cases with a high degree of autonomy
• You have strong case management skills, work ethic, and team-oriented attitude
• Excellent client service skills
• Drafting briefs, correspondence, and responding to written discovery
• Managing document collection, review, and production
• Causation and/or failure analysis
• Multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings
• You have excellent written and oral communication skills
• You are an active member of the bar in the state in which you reside and are able to waive into or are already barred in a state in which we have an office.

Compensation: $170,000.00-$200,000.00, plus bonus.
