Human Resources Recruiter

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.

Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop job descriptions.

Build strong candidate pipelines using sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter.

Maintain a positive candidate experience and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.

Track recruitment data and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Monitor industry hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activity.

Collaborate with staffing agencies and support additional recruiting projects as needed.
Requirements

4-7 years of recruiting experience, preferably within legal or professional services.

Bachelor’s degree required.

Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and multiple open roles simultaneously.

Strong knowledge of ATS platforms and recruiting tools.

Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
Compensation
$110,000.00-$125,000.00, annually plus bonus.
