Human Resources Recruiter

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop job descriptions.

  • Build strong candidate pipelines using sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter.

  • Maintain a positive candidate experience and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.

  • Track recruitment data and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Monitor industry hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activity.

  • Collaborate with staffing agencies and support additional recruiting projects as needed.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of recruiting experience, preferably within legal or professional services.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and multiple open roles simultaneously.

  • Strong knowledge of ATS platforms and recruiting tools.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

  • Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.

Compensation
$110,000.00-$125,000.00, annually plus bonus.
