Overview
Our client, a well-regarded boutique law firm with an active civil litigation and criminal defense practice, is seeking a part-time Office Manager to support daily operations and maintain a smooth, professional office environment. This onsite, 20-hours-per-week role sits at the front desk and serves as the firm’s primary point of contact for visitors, callers, and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Serve as front desk administrator, greeting visitors and answering phones
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and building management needs
- Coordinate facilities and office maintenance
- Maintain company records and filing systems
- Monitor and manage office budgets
- Handle all mail, messenger services, and incoming packages
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Arrange travel for attorneys and staff
- Support employees’ needs
- Prepare beverages for guests and help ensure the office remains organized and client-ready
Qualifications

Compensation
- $30.00-$35.00/hour (based on experience)
