Part-Time Legal Office Manager

Overview

Our client, a well-regarded boutique law firm with an active civil litigation and criminal defense practice, is seeking a part-time Office Manager to support daily operations and maintain a smooth, professional office environment. This onsite, 20-hours-per-week role sits at the front desk and serves as the firm’s primary point of contact for visitors, callers, and vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as front desk administrator, greeting visitors and answering phones
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and building management needs
  • Coordinate facilities and office maintenance
  • Maintain company records and filing systems
  • Monitor and manage office budgets
  • Handle all mail, messenger services, and incoming packages
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel for attorneys and staff
  • Support employees’ needs
  • Prepare beverages for guests and help ensure the office remains organized and client-ready

Compensation
