Applications Product Manager

Summary

Under the direct supervision of the IS Enterprise Applications Director, the Applications Product Manager – Business Applications (M365) is responsible for implementing technology that delivers seamless productivity and collaboration across the enterprise while maintaining the security and integrity of Firm systems and data.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with organizational objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, facilitating prioritization discussions and aligning team efforts with organizational goals.
  • Manage the release management process for new features across MS Teams, Project for Web, and M365 Office Applications.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to provide best practices and implement business productivity solutions.
  • Lead the planning and delivery of MS Teams workspaces for Practice Groups, Business Professionals, and Matter-Centric projects.
  • Oversee the M365 Project and Task Management platform, engaging with end users to drive adoption and deliver trainings.
  • Collaborate with the Application Development team to design and deliver SharePoint Online and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) solutions.
  • Evaluate new M365 solutions, presenting the benefits, governance, and security considerations to stakeholders.
  • Support the Next-Gen Laptop Lifecycle process, including Windows 11 deployment and productivity enhancements.
  • Deliver impactful presentations to IS management and key business stakeholders.
  • Ensure all M365 applications and related processes comply with organizational security and governance policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum 10 years of  IT experience in a legal environment or commensurate experience.
  • Proven experience as an Application Product Manager with a focus on User Experience for Microsoft Office 365, Intune, mobile applications, document management systems, and law firm productivity tools.
  • Deep understanding of Law Firm user workflows and business concepts.
  • Experience supporting and overseeing Litera Drafting Products and iManage Document Management System.
  • Experience with product administration and support required.
  • Excellent project management with the ability collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience implementing technology solutions based on complex business and user requirements.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of business systems and risk mitigation within and outside the legal industry and the related technologies.

Compensation: $170,000.00-$190,000.00, annually, plus bonus.
