Digital & Communications Lead

Summary
The Digital & Communications Lead is responsible for amplifying the firm’s digital presence through strategic social media management, content creation, and collaborative digital marketing efforts. By ensuring consistent brand messaging and leveraging market trends, this role supports the firm’s communication initiatives and enhances its external visibility.

Social Media Management
• Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategies to enhance the firm’s online and external presence.
• Manage and maintain the firm’s social media accounts.
• Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, graphics, videos and articles.
• Leverage social media market trends and competitor activity to raise firm profile.
• Engage partners in the social media process to target and grow their audiences.
• Track metrics and generate reports on social media performance to guide firm efforts.

Content Creation & Communications
• Write and edit firm messaging, deal announcements, speaking engagements and media mentions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on the design of compelling posts and website content.
• Ensure brand and editorial consistency in all marketing materials and communications.
• Interdepartmental coordination of firm announcements and updates.
• Oversee and work on firm Client Alerts.

Digital Marketing & Branding
• Execute on the firm’s website content and updates.
• Collaborate with the design team to execute digital campaigns and event promotion.

General
• Supports other department projects and processes as needed, including awards and directories

Education
• Bachelor’s degree; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualifications
• At least 5 years of job specific experience, in a professional services environment, with law firm experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain professional composure in high-pressure situations and a fast-paced, multi- authority environment.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks quickly and efficiently.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and circumstances.
• Responsive, proactive, and works with a sense of urgency.
• Self-starter with ability to remain self-directed and self-motivated with minimal supervision.

Compensation: $100,000.00-$120,000.00, plus bonus
