Client Services Coordinator

Summary
The Client Services Coordinator greets and directs clients and other visitors to the office, schedules conference rooms, and oversees food/beverage orders for all meetings and any other coordination of conferences and events that may arise. The coordinator will assist in special projects for other departments of the Firm. This is a fully in-office position.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and direct all visitors to the office
- Maintain a neat and orderly reception area reflective of Firm standards
- Schedule and coordinate all conference room activities, visitor offices and functions through LIBRIS software
- Ensure that all conference rooms are clean and neatly maintained through daily inspection
- Collect information and prepare the office daily bulletin for distribution
- Assist with special projects as requested

Compensation
$50,000 – $60,000, nonexempt.
