Workplace Experience Agent

Summary
Our client, a global law firm consistently ranked among the top firms in the world, is seeking a Workplace Experience (“WE”) Agent to join our dynamic team in Chicago. While the schedule for this role is generally 7:00 am – 3:00 pm, Monday – Friday, the Workplace Experience Agent must be able to work flexible hours. This is an in-office role.
Responsibilities
As a WE Agent, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience for internal and external clients of the firm, wherever they are in the world. Other key responsibilities include:
- Anticipating client catering needs through meticulous preparation and organization; using firm-provided system
- Establishing a genuine and personal connection with all clients and creating a customized experience so they can work seamlessly, productively, and efficiently
- Executing effective processes and strategies for managing internal and external clients in the office; partnering with colleagues to ensure a seamless delivery of services
- Thoroughly preparing for the day in advance; simultaneously prioritizing multiple deadlines while delivering outstanding support
- Ensuring spaces are presentable, equipped, configured to customer specifications, and ready for use
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and/or conference room
- Organizing food for multiple meetings, while following the Event Management System (EMS) report to ensure appropriate room set up and beverages/supplies for designated event
- Unwrapping and unpackaging food for meetings at the appropriate time, as well as ensuring food is at proper temperature and all needed supplies and utensils are also available
- Remaining available throughout the meeting period to refresh and remove any food or drink item at the appropriate time
- Gathering, removing, and storing food after meeting completion, as well as cleaning all dishes and returning room to proper configuration or standard set up; simultaneously determining what meeting materials left in the room need to be returned to the appropriate party or discarded
- Organizing and arranging kitchen, pantry, and/or conference area so items are put away and easily located again, as well as supplying, and ensuring kitchen and/or conference area are stocked with the appropriate amenities
- Promoting effective work practices, working as a team member, and showing respect for co- workers
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of three (3) years of workplace experience, hospitality, or related experience
- Ability to Foster an atmosphere of belonging
- Exhibit authenticity and a genuine sense of connection.
- Communicate effectively with all audiences, adapting with ease
Compensation
The expected salary range for this position is $58,000 – $64,000.
