Coordinator – Business Operations & Analytics
The Coordinator – Business Operations & Analytics provides support primarily to the Business Development department, using structured data analysis techniques, to respond to ad hoc requests as well as the maintenance of both enterprise and proprietary applications.
The scheduled hours for this position are 9:30am to 5:30pm. The incumbent may be required to work nights and weekends depending on the needs of the Business Development department.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Support Associate Director – Business Operations & Analytics through knowledge transfer of Firm data systems including client, matter, contact and billing data, for the purpose of developing effective reports that support our business development initiatives
- Design and develop internal reports merging graphics with analytics, using Access, Excel, and Dynamics 365
- Join data from external applications, establishing connections with internal data points
- Maintain internal proprietary applications based in Access
- Learn Microsoft Dynamics 365 (enterprise CRM) working towards becoming an application administrator
- Support Associate Director to execute enterprise project plans geared towards future relationship and experience applications, working with BD, IT, and other groups
In addition, responsibilities related to maintaining Firm and client information are to be adhered to by all employees. This includes complying with the Firm’s information security policies, protecting firm assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference, and reporting security events or potential events or other security risks to management.

Technical Qualifications – Proficiencies Recommended
- Microsoft Access: knowledge of table development/maintenance and querying
- Microsoft Excel: knowledge of formulas and pivot tables
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 – CRM
- Word, PowerPoint
- Microsoft Outlook: and its use/limitations for large-scale mailing; its connection with CRM
- Vuture: third party tools for e-marketing campaigns – and their connection with CRM
- Experience using external data tools (Thomson/OneSource/Bloomberg)
- General technology knowledge (history with troubleshooting)
Education and/or experience
BS or BA in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related degree. One to two years of relevant experience in a professional service, corporate or nonprofit organization that uses enterprise CRM for email marketing; as well as enterprise database that allows for analysis by entity detail, industry, and type. Prior law firm experience is a plus.

The base salary range offered for this role will be between $50,000 and $60,000. When determining a candidate’s compensation offer, elements unique to each person are taken into consideration including but not limited to skill set, experience level, performance, professional certifications, degrees, and location, as well as the needs of the Firm.
The total compensation package for this position may include overtime pay, discretionary bonuses and other benefits.
